None of the below accomplishments would be possible without a talented team. During my agency work, in addition to managing $2.4M in annual client budgets, I played a primary role in operations and hiring.

eCommerce Invitation Client
For five years, I managed the launch and ongoing content creation for a client the eCommerce invitation space. Focusing on SEO-driven top, middle and bottom funnel content, in addition to monthly link building campaigns, the client grew from 0 to 2,000,000+ monthly organic visits.
I started as the sole content creator for this account and grew it to a team of eight that I oversaw, including content writers, designers and developers.
Big wins include:

Team content consistently ranked in the top 5 highest traffic posts

Jewelry Affiliate Marketing Client
For six months I managed an affiliate marketing client in the high end diamond and jewelry space. During this brief time I led the editorial content strategy, oversaw a homepage redesign and introduced video content. Today, many of our articles are still ranking page one and continue to drive relevant traffic.
At the end of the engagement, the client saw:
Increased affiliate revenue by 42% compared to the previous year
Created content accounting for 24% of site wide traffic
Video content hitting 9,000+ views to date, average of 900 views per month
Wine Travel Industry Client
In 2017, I managed the content calendar three editorial properties focused on U.S. wine tourism. I managed a team of six local freelance writers and reported on monthly content goals. I also supported our in house SEO specialist with recommendations and collaborated with the client’s social media and web design agencies.
After one year, I achieved:
Travel guides ranking on page 1 for keywords averaging 30,000 annual search volume
Added 400,000+ in monthly organic traffic across all three properties
